In late August, we got a very brief glimpse at the Los Angeles Lakers' new Hollywood Nights jersey for the 2013-14 season. Now, we don't know about you, but the teaser video made us anticipate the day we would see the entire jersey. And luckily, that day is today. With none other than Black Mamba rocking the newest jersey, which "acknowledges the celebrities like Jack Nicholson that have long supported the team," the uni looks mean. National Basketball Association officials on Thursday said they are closer to allowing small advertising patches on team jerseys, a move that could come as soon as the 2013-2014 season. League officials, including Commissioner David Stern and Deputy Commissioner Adam Silver, discussed the development after the annual NBA Board of Governors meeting in Las Vegas.
