An arrest order has been issued by Florida police after producer Scott Storch, the man behind hits such as Fat Joe's Lean Back, failed to pay over $20,000 in child support. TMZ reports that Storch owes $28,300 to the mother of his child, and not only has he failed to come up with the money, but he also missed his court date to explain why the money has yet to be paid.
